We had an awesome time staying here with our three little ones! The kids loved visiting Colonial Belle for a fun cruise experience, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area. The on-site breakfast was a big hit with all of us.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Spacious and well-designed rooms with modern amenities

I had a fantastic stay with a spacious room featuring comfortable pillows, a cozy bed, and unique shower design with wall-mounted amenities to reduce waste. The cafe being open late was a lifesaver as there aren't many dining options nearby. I truly appreciated the courteous staff who seemed proud of their work, making the overall experience even better. However, I think the heating system could be much more effective, as it fluctuated between hot and cold air.

The hotel's location was close to downtown, making it easy to explore local attractions. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere created by Donna, who worked tirelessly in the dining area, and Ron at the front desk truly went above and beyond to assist us.

The ice machine was out of order during our stay.

My stay was elevated by the extraordinary service from Lou Lou at the front desk! Her warmth and enthusiasm made check-in a joy, creating an instant sense of welcome. Plus, the mini-fridge in my King Room ensured I could keep my snacks handy for those late-night cravings!

Rooms are well-appointed, neat, and clean, featuring a comfortable sofa that makes them ideal for more than just sleeping. The central location makes it easy to access various parts of the area, including being just five minutes from the airport. On the downside, the ice machine was out of order, and while the fitness center was decent, it could use some updating. Also, the noise from nearby traffic could be heard occasionally, which might disturb light sleepers.

I had the most incredible stay! From the moment I arrived, Lou Lou at the front desk personally welcomed me with her infectious energy. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable—right down to securing a spacious King Room with a mini-fridge for my late-night snack cravings! 💖✨

the room had a strange odor. at least the staff were super friendly. the lobby had an inviting atmosphere. plus the fitness center was well-equipped! !
